IHJR-CHDR oglašava: Natječaj za studente Print E-mail
Institut za povijesnu pravdu i pomirenje i Centar za povijest, demokraciju i pomirenje pozivaju mlade
znanstvenike koji žive i studiraju na području bivše Jugoslavije da nam pošalju svoje radove. Stručna
komisija će odabrati tri najbolja rada, a njihovi će autori biti pozvani da ih prezentiraju. Tri najuspješnija
autora biti će nagrađena iznosom od 100 Eura, te će im biti ponuđeno da se radovi objave.

Uvjeti sudjelovanja: Studenti s područja bivše Jugoslavije koji studiraju na BA nivou.

Teme: Koji identiteti i politički mitovi u društvu sprečavaju proces pomirenja, te samim time i ne
doprinose jačanju civilnog društva na području bivše Jugoslavije? Zašto smatrate da ti mitovi nastavljaju
biti prepreka pomirenju? Što po Vašem mišljenju civilno društvo, politički akteri i ustanove uključene u
obrazovanje mogu poduzimati u svrhu podupiranja i poticanja pomirenja u regiji?

Radovi trebaju biti napisani na bosanskom, hrvatskom ili srpskom jeziku, a njihova dužina treba biti od
2500 do 3000 riječi.

IHRJ se zalaže u pomaganju društvima u borbi protiv predrasuda, te se bavi promicanjem tolerancije i
razumijevanja u multi-kulturalnim i multi-etničkim kontekstima. Uz pomoću rada s renomiranim
znanstvenicima, uvaženim promicateljima ljudskih prava i društvenim vođama, IHJR je razvio jedinstven
pristup povijesnoj problematici uz korištenje povijesne metodologije u promociji rješavanja konflikata.

IHJR-CHDR announces: Young Scholars’ Competition

The Institute for Historical Justice and Reconciliation and the Center for History, Democracy and
Reconciliation announce a call for papers from young scholars living and studying in the region making
up Former Yugoslavia. A jury will select the three best papers, and the winners will be invited to present
their papers where they will receive 100 euro as well as the opportunity to publish a shared narrative
together with the other winners.

Who can participate: Students working on their BA from FYR

Topic: Identify the political myths in your own society that you think are hindering the process of
reconciliation and not contributing towards strengthening civil society in the region making up FYR. Why
do these myths continue to be an obstacle to reconciliation, and what do you think civil society, political
actors, and educational institutes can do to support reconciliation in the region?

The essay should be written in BCS, and should be 2500-3000 words.
